Africa Day Celebration
Africa Day is celebrated every year on the 25th of May, honouring the rich cultures, traditions, and people of the African continent. This year, we’re bringing the celebration to West Berkshire with a special Braai Day, a family-friendly event filled with delicious food and great company!
A braai, meaning barbecue or grill, is a tradition rooted in togetherness, good food, and community!
Join us for a fun gathering at The Swan Inn, where you can enjoy a menu inspired by African flavours, with halal, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.
Alongside the food, there will be plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained, including a bouncy castle and arts and crafts. Whether you're coming to experience new flavours, connect with others, or simply enjoy a laid-back day outdoors, everyone is welcome!
